Our high-performance insulating powder will form a certain chemical bond with the busbar during the cross-linking reaction. Unlike the heat shrinkable sleeve, it is only a simple physical combination with the busbar (shrinkage by heat), so the adhesion and compactness are greatly improved, completely Can be transported in various humid environments. At the same time, coupled with the good dielectric strength of the coating (45V/um), the thickness of the coating at the same pressure level is much lower than that of the traditional heat shrinkable sleeve, which makes the cabinet design more compact and improves the competitiveness of the product!

Our insulating and anticorrosive powder is a thermosetting material with good electrical properties. Unlike traditional heat shrinkable sleeves which are thermoplastic materials, they tend to soften when heated. What's more serious is that the heat shrinkable sleeve has a low temperature resistance level and may be burnt due to excessive temperature, causing serious safety accidents. Our insulating and anticorrosive resin has excellent thermal conductivity, and the coating is closely combined with the copper row (no air gap), so the heat radiation (heat dissipation) effect is better than the bare row under the same conditions (temperature rise test test results: bare copper Row 43 ℃, the copper row temperature under our coating is 35 ℃). However, due to the low thermal conductivity and the heat-insulating air gap, the heat-shrinkable sleeve keeps the heat unnecessarily in the busbar, so the temperature is higher than that of the bare busbar, so it has to reduce the capacity and increase the cost.
